The Greenhouse Apartments

I’ve lived at the greenhouse apartments for the last year and I’ve loved it. Everyone has been super kind and helpful. It’s well maintained and they’re building a new gym (even though the old one is perfectly fine!) the pool and the patio are such nice outdoor spaces to have in the warmer months. All of the concierge and maintenance people are so friendly and most people even remember your name. They even have catered breakfast in the lobby once a month for the residents. I plan on staying here and I’ve been telling all my friends to come move here too! (Also p.s. the sunrise from the back of the south tower are incredible)

Great location. The amenities aren’t as modern as newer buildings, but they’re decent. The biggest downside is the valet parking. You have to call 10 minutes in advance every time you need your car, tell them which car you have on every call, and it’s often still not ready when you get downstairs. Paying for parking but constantly having to wait defeats the whole purpose of having a car. They really need a better system or an app to make the process more efficient.

The building, amenities and unit were great. Excellent location. My only gripe would be one particularly dry somewhat rude older black lady that worked the front (concierge) desk. For a customer facing position she was unhelpful and the only hiccup during our stay. Needing to rely on and interact with someone like this on a daily basis would be the sole reason I would avoid renting for any amount of time here.

One of the best stay in Boston Near prudential good Location, comfortable and spacious Rooms, clean surrounding and building as well 100% recommended and if i have to come to Boston i am surely plan for this options only....

I have had a positive experience living at Greenhouse Apartments. The management team has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Communication has been clear, and any issues were handled efficiently. The location is very convenient, and the overall living environment has been comfortable and well maintained. I appreciate the support from the management team and their willingness to help residents when needed.
